Composer is no longer able to find your package. I believe it is due to your github username change.

Still investigating, but I'm getting error during composer updates:

  Problem 1
    - mshanken/metamodeluser dev-master requires rhumsaa/uuid 2.8.*@dev -> no matching package found.
    - mshanken/metamodeluser dev-master requires rhumsaa/uuid 2.8.*@dev -> no matching package found.
    - Installation request for mshanken/metamodeluser dev-master@dev -> satisfiable by mshanken/metamodeluser[dev-master].

Potential causes:
 - A typo in the package name
 - The package is not available in a stable-enough version according to your minimum-stability setting
   see <https://groups.google.com/d/topic/composer-dev/_g3ASeIFlrc/discussion> for more details.

This requirement worked in my project up until now, but seems to have broken when I moved it to my module.

Figured it out - can only specify dev stability (@dev) in a root composer.json file. Sorry for the hassle.
