Rancher versions:
rancher/server: 1.6.12
rancher/agent: 1.2.7

Docker version: 17.06.2-ce, build cec0b72

Operating system and kernel: RancherOS v1.1.4

Type/provider of hosts: personal server, KVM hosts

Setup details: internal DB

Environment Template: Cattle

Steps to Reproduce: I have a rancher server, 3 hosts, 1 separate host for load balancer and 1 machine for rancher nfs. I've added access control with github, in the environment tab I've added the github organization from which users can log in to my rancher server. The rancher server is internal, not on the internet.

Results: Some of the users from the organization added in the environment can log in with no problem, but some get Internal Server Error. The only similar thing I've noticed is that those that can't login are part of other private organizations and when they are requested access to github, they get Internal Server Error from github I suppose. Need some help please

It was because of mysql being in latin and not utf8
