Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is currently not possible to deploy calico using dual-stack automatically

Describe the solution you'd like

When configuring the initial cluster-cidr and service-cidr with ipv4 and ipv6 addresses, I'd like calico to reflect that and deploy a dual-stack networking infra

Describe alternatives you've considered

It is possible to do this by manually modifying Calico's values.yaml but it is not ideal
