Linux下基本正常了，但是Windows下问题太多 #14

linux可能在请求端会出现socket error，主要是socket创建速度太快了
windows下完全就不正常，网页都很少能打开，可能是有严重的丢包

一个小地方，windows关闭socket的时候应该先要用shutdown。
