This is fundamental to distinguish files where different study area are retrieved.

  • specify the area names in the GUI;
  • edit the naming conventions to deal with new names correctly;
  • add these names in the files.

Changes:
- Allows output directories to be created by fidolasen_s2 (#54)
- Convert NA arguments to NULL
- Add check that the mask polygons are not empty

This issue will be reopened when multiple extent mode will be implemented.
