mpath: simple dm-multipath cut and autorun scripts

The VM should be deployed with two virtio SCSI devices which share the
same backing <file> and <serial> parameters. This will ensure
dm-multipath automatically uses both paths for MPIO from the guest.

This looks good to me (sorry for the delay reviewing!), although I haven't really tested this multipath scripts. (I won't merge this yet as there's also a review request for @morbidrsa).
