    #173 with one architecture quirk and some minor conflicts as audio changes hit develop before I had a chance to finish this :-)
    
    The main quirk is listed in Terasology by getActiveWorldRender(), which has an extra check in it now which may not be the right way to do it. But rather than delay this pull request further I'm completing it, dangit!
