RareGap Labs

Mapping the topography of rare disease biology.

RareGap Labs builds open research infrastructure for exploring rare-disease mechanisms, driver genes, and therapeutic rescue hypotheses. The RareGap Atlas is live now as a precomputed, queryable map across 11,456 rare diseases, 31,762 targets, and 4,073 computable disease-level hypotheses.

Roadmap & Resources

  • 🗺️ RareGap Atlas: Explore the live Atlas at raregap.ai
  • 📄 Atlas Manuscript: Read the draft paper at raregap.ai/paper
  • 💾 Downloads & Artifacts: Access released Atlas and RareGap-MPB files through the RareGap site
  • 🔬 Open Research Focus: Mechanism-first rare disease discovery, evidence traces, and testable intervention hypotheses

RareGap is not a clinical decision system. It is a precomputed research atlas for hypothesis generation, validation planning, and rare-disease biology exploration.
