Where is /dev/ttyUSB0 ?

Today I downloaded the new /boot firmware for upgrading to the 512 MB version.
But where is /dev/ttyUSB0 which I used before ?

I assume you have a USB serial device?
What is it? What does lsusb report? What is in dmesg?

I solved it. It was a contact problem in the USB cable. After changing it everything works fine.
