Server Mode: PRE-RE

Description of Issue: When use mercenary ASPD items (12241,12242,12243) after relogin effects ends.
Expected Result: In official server (tested on iRO), effects continues after login/relogin.
How to Reproduce: Hire a Mercenary, use one of items above and relog. (Open mercenary window before use potion, and open again after relogin to see the changes.)
