Implicitly use all ExecInterceptor implementations found in the application registry #550

We should allow interceptors to be specified in the app registry and implicitly wired in.

This might require some changes to the ExecInterceptor API to allow some kind of access to some state. Or, it might require different kinds of interceptors. E.g. a RequestExecInterceptor that gives access to the context.
