  1. Exclude test dependencies.

Normal installs via pip/easy_install should not install the test
dependencies by default. You can still setup a full development
environment by using "pip install -r requirements.txt".

  3. Some Py3k improvements (but still not supported).

We are pretty close but Fabric needs to support Py3k first..

  5. Add basic Mercurial support.

This doesn't parse .hgignore files yet, but will exclude the .hg
    directory.

  6. Add "interactive" keyword for tasks.

This allows you to specify that a task must execute interactively
from the manifest, on a task by task basis.

This patch also refactors the way "quiet" and "debug" interact with
    "interactive"

debug -> always directly show output directly on the terminal
quiet -> show output, either directly (if interactive), or when task is done

  7. Always publish to Amazon.

This is in preparation for the next patch that will allow you to specify
non-default memory and CPU options. This might pick another cloud.
But because amazon is currently the only one that allows us to stop a VM
rather than destroying it, it is better to stick with Amazon for now.
