issue 348. Issue described here: technomancy/leiningen#348
While doing this I noticed many on the macros were setting the :main-title option even though it was never being used (:title really was). The only underlying function that was using :main-title instead of :title was xy-plot*. By formalizing on :title the function and macro options are the same and should prevent confusion.
This allows users to compose with the underlying functions when the macro versions are not appropriate. With this change all of the macros now have a one-to-one function* version that can be used outside the ns.
