[One Time Password] Customize "Create new" visibility/position

Description

I've been using this extension for my authenticator code and it's great. The only quality of life change it would be nice to have is hiding/repositioning the "Create new" item. I believe it's a secondary use case, and it could be at the bottom.
With the current position, every time I want to copy my code I need to press down once, which is not a big deal but it could be better.

One alternative/further improvement could be allowing deep links to each individual auth provider, so I could alias/shorcut each individual one.
