It aggregates all the pending pull requests, a lot of fixes and some minor improvements

[Courtesy of Pageforest.com] Added an atomic option. When it is set '…
…true', it will swap the dom element within the call, instead of swapping at postCallback time. It makes things easy when you need to change the dom during the animation. Without it, change to the dom might be overriden at animation end, causing flicker or data lost.
Made animated to '0' instead of removing top/left. It seemed less jum…
…py when we want to stop and restart animation.
Sets the width to the current element's width if it has been changed …
…by a responsive design.

Conflicts:
	jquery.quicksand.js
Reuse elements instead of replacing. On by default.
A new option has been added, retainExisting, that I have set to be on by default.
Instead of replacing collection elements in the DOM with the new elements, the ones
that will remain are left in the DOM, but resequenced.
* Disabled scaling by default
* Upgrading to options.selector to find the item collections
* Fixing bug when maxWidth is not set
