Allow passing custom options to ruby-build when calling rbenv-install #90

In the same manner as issue #89, rbenv-install may look for RUBY_BUILD_OPTS to forward to ruby-build. While this did not fix any particular issue for me, it's proven to be useful when enabling verbose mode for ruby-build, for example.

Possible to pass these options through directly, rather than setting a special env var?

I guess this would allow to do, say, export RUBY_BUILD_OPTS="--enable-shared" in your shell login script and avoid repeating it each time you install a new ruby, right?
If so, it'd be quite useful, unless there's already a way to do so...

Thanks for the patch. I'd suggest just putting an alias in your .bashrc instead:

alias ruby-build="ruby-build --verbose"
