The usual keyboard shortcuts described in this page does not seem to work with the plugin enabled.

Until this is addressed you can open the script and search for
Danbooru.Utility.disableShortcuts(!0)
Change to
Danbooru.Utility.disableShortcuts(!1)

Seems like a debugging feature but I only looked at the code long enough to figure out how to revert the change. This is a stopgap measure and by no means a fix.

May break everything
