This pull request fixes incorrect demo links in the README file that were either broken or outdated. Specifically:

Additional Note
While fixing the README links, I noticed that the demo pages themselves have incorrect links. Specifically, the links in the first 10 demos (from 0 to 9) are broken, as they point to the wrong demo numbers. However, I was unable to fix these because I couldn't locate the HTML files for the demos in the repository.
