Android: When SDK-linking is enabled (release builds), types throw #477

These are coming from missing default ctor's for the type converters. The type converters are activated via reflection in the TypeDescriptor.GetConverter(type) call.

To fix: Can we make a list of common type converters and new them up in a linkeroverrides class?

No, that didn't cover the type descriptor ctors
