What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)

This PR adds NuGet shields.io badges with version number and a link to the package page (based on Slack discussion). Also, I commented out empty sections with teams, let's un-comment them when we decide what to put there or which tool to use to autogen images :)

What might this PR break?

Nothing.
