That's Chrome 111.0.5563.110 on Windows 11.

Also tried with Firefox 111 - there, the scrollbar isn't hidden but can't be moved.

(I would like to use this opportunity to advocate for the use of native scrollbars. This is the third pretty major project within the last couple of months where I've seen people talk about accessibility regularly but then make this essential thing inaccessible because they feel that they have to use their own way of handling scrolling.)
