BUG: 'SWS Show take volume envelopes' doesn't obey Reaper's VOLUME FADER SCALING preference

When Reaper is set to VOLUME FADER SCALING in PREFERENCES -> PROJECT -> TRACK/SEND DEFAULTS, a new envelope (zero dB) generated with the above SWS command still appears in the middle of the media item - as it would, when the preference would be set to AMPLITUDE SCALING.

The expected behaviour would be if the envelope appears in the upper third of the media item as in the first picture. The second shows the erroneously generated envelope from SWS.
