Bug: BR_Env SetProperties (+ AIs) shifts automation points

I think I roughly know why it happens* but I don't know how to fix currently.

I think it's got something to do with when setting envelope properties, the envelope (chunk) is deleted and rebuilt from scratch which doesn't seem to work properly anymore if the envelope also contains AIs.
The option if AIs connect to underlying envelope or not may also play a role.

Should actually rather be fixed on Reaper (API ) side imo but until then it's good it's working again on SWS side. :)
