BUG: Global Notes appear only on 1st project tab

Global Notes appear only on the 1st project tab (and are blank on other project tabs).
If then i save a Global Note on another project tab, then the previous Global Note will be replaced by the last one, but only on the next Reaper startup.
And again the Global Note will only appear on the 1st project tab.
