Anyone else having a problem with this action?...
SWS/S&M: Remove all envelopes for selected tracks

REAPER v5.99/x64, SWS v2.10.0.1, Works as expected.
REAPER v6.11/x64, SWS v2.12.0.0, Removes only half of the envelopes.

restore behavior of "Remove all envelopes for selected tracks"

6efed2c made the action leave some track envelopes behind and removed its support of master track envelopes.

This commit restores the previous functionality while still only prompting if there are envelopes to remove.

Fixes reaper-oss#1378.
