Action to "create markers using "notes" of items/empty items" (instead of item names) plus additional action for same but with regions

Hopefully the title explains it :)

this is to complement your action "create markers from selected items (name by take source file name)

The idea being then we could use empty items for multiple marker/regions for complex film/media work. If we need to then align to objects we can via this action turning them into markers or regions that can be saved as an sws marker set :)
