move fx up/down in fx chain window

Also i would like to kindly request 2 new actions:

"move fx up in fx chain"
"move fx down in fx chain"

as i dont see any action-workaround to set an newly added fx to first position in fx chain.
Would this be possible?

SWS/S&M: Move selected FX up in chain for selected tracks
SWS/S&M: Move selected FX down in chain for selected tracks

rmk: there already are S&M actions to select FX within a chain and I also added "SWS/S&M: Select last FX for selected tracks" (can be handy for macros)

wow what an massive update! so many enhancements..
Thank you big time Jeffos for all your hard efforts here (live config is the boss!!)
Thanks for "select last FX for selected tracks" too and i've not even asked for it :) Would have done this with subsequent select fx1, select fx2,...fx8 but having 1 action instead of 8 isnt too bad :)
Im off to do some testing.
