What steps will reproduce the problem? Resources window has a totally black background! What is the expected output? What do you see instead? What version of SWS extension are you using? (Extensions -> About SWS...)
2.1.0 Build #17 What is your Reaper version number and CPU architecture (e.g. Reaper 3.75 x64)? REAPER 4.1 x32 What operating system are you running? (e.g. Windows XP/7, OSX 10.5.8 etc, 64bit?) Windows XP 32bit

Letter Font is black too, then it becomes impossible to read.

Thanks for the detailed report.

Would it be possible to attach a screenshot here so I can see what is wrong exactly?

Also what theme are you using? Did you change it?
If so can you attach the rtconfig.txt file here -or- if you don't know how to get that file, can you check that those colors are different in the Theme Editor:
-"Window background" and "Window text"
-"Window edit background" and "Window text"
+"Window list background" and "Window list text"
(I suspect this is not a bug: I guess you have the same theme colors defined for background and text colors..)

Thanks for response.
I've reinstalled SWS 2.1.0 #1, and the visualization is correct.
Please, see the attachment.
Yes, I work with various Themes. But this problem make evidence only
with REAPER 4 Default.

I've found rtconfig.txt (attach). Hope it help.
Sorry: Problem persist not only with Theme Default 4. All others
Themes show black background.

ok, got! I reproduce it now with REAPER v4.10: the new theming colors I use only work with v4.11pre (in pre-release stage at the moment..).

Dang! I totally forget to manage ascendant compatibilty
=> fix coming soon..

On your end, you can either downgrade the sws extension (like you did) or use REAPER v4.11pre ( http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=22836 )
