From swstim on November 30, 2011 12:06:49 This one's mine, looks like it might be quite tricky to figure out though! Status: Investigating |
From jeffos...@gmail.com on November 30, 2011 12:08:46 yes, Tim! (I just did some spaghetti URL'ing :) |
From mercadon...@gmail.com on November 30, 2011 12:09:11 You mean you can't repro this? |
From jeffos...@gmail.com on November 30, 2011 12:45:03 er.. sorry MN! I was just talking about some posts I deleted here (msitake in issue URL). @tim: I did not test, but it smells a bit like it is not the right "FXCHAIN" (from the correct "depth") is not retreived (?) If so, the ChunkParserPatcher could help. |
From swstim on November 30, 2011 13:11:24 I can repro, but I need to wrap my brain around the fix! Thanks for the hint Jeffos, I haven't investigated the frozen FXCHAIN format... |
From mercadon...@gmail.com on January 01, 2012 21:32:02 Hi guys, hope you had great holidays and best wishes for 2012! Do you have any timeframe for this? I have stopped using snapshots since I noticed this :( Cheers |
From jeffos...@gmail.com on January 04, 2012 12:42:57 fixed ( r665 ) Status: Fixed |

What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Insert new track
2) Insert a couple of plug-ins, tweak them and freeze this track
3) Insert a new plug-in in this track
4) Open the Snapshots window, choose "custom" and tick "FX Chain" only
5) Save new snapshot, bypass FX in track (Shift+click) and save another snapshot
6) Recall snapshot 1 What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Result: Frozen effects are back
Expected: Snapshot 1 is recalled
