Groove tool crashes when applying groove

From the forum: http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=99596 and http://forum.cockos.com/showthread.php?t=98490 Seems to be an issue with the Groove tool but not with the groove actions.
I need more info as I can't reproduce.

I think some commits I did a while ago fixed this.
