Please remove some obscure actions from the plugin #787
Description
There are 2 actions that I originally did mostly for my personal use :
-Xenakios/SWS : Process item with csound phase vocoder
-Xenakios/SWS : Process item with RubberBand
These are probably too complicated for new users of the SWS plugin to successfully configure so that they work. They require installing external software and the Csound action also requires a .csd file the SWS installer does not itself install. I in fact couldn't even myself right now set up the Csound action to work correctly anymore.
I request these actions be removed from the SWS plugin, even at the risk this breaks things for people who have gotten them working. I can be blamed for that and I will try to come up with for example ReaScript based alternatives for these, if there's demand for similar functionality.
