bug with SWS action "horizontal scroll to put edit cursor at 50%"

When zoomed in a certain amount, the view jumps to a random location in the project, so I cannot use it for my purposes. To access the bug, horizontal-zoom all the way you can, and have edit cursor outside of view and not at time/position 0.
