I've noticed in every single project, when i use the SWS: Quantize functions (all of them), sometimes my items just jump around by a grid, EVEN when they are precisely snapped to grid:

Here is an example:

You can see the media item is positioned exactly on grid, with a length of a full bar.
Now i press SWS: Quantize item's start to grid (keep length)
My whole item is snapped froward a grid division, as if the start of it was closer to the neighboring grid.

You can see the item moved to the previous grid line. It can happen with the end of the item too:

Funny thing is, if you use Reaper's built in "Quantize item positions to grid...", it works as expected, nothing happens to the items that are already on grid BUT!!! after that action, SWS quantize will work as expected too, however the actual positions of the items show the same on-grid values through the whole process.

It might be Reaper's fault cause i found some strange things when you just use the Item:Duplicate function, it leaves even visual gaps between items:
