Bug: Auto color/icon/layout - Auto track layouts only work if also auto track coloring is enabled

For reference:

> you need to have "auto track coloring" enabled in addition to "auto track layout" even if you only have a layout rule change and no colors. With only "auto track layout" enabled nothing happens.
