[FIX]: #1134 Create a Toast on top

Description

This PR implements the feature to add a 10-second toast notification to the website to promote the leaderboard.

Key features:

• Content: Displays the message "Check out our latest leaderboard!" with a direct link to the /dashboard#leaderboard page.
• Appearance: The toast is styled to be aesthetic, supporting both light and dark modes. It includes a trophy icon and a manual close button.
• Position: It appears in the top-right corner of the viewport.
• Behavior: This toast is not session-based. It will appear for 10 seconds every time the website is reloaded.
  • Kindly let me know if you would prefer this to only show once per user session (which would require sessionStorage).

Changes Made

• src/theme/Root.tsx: This file was modified to include the main logic for the toast notification.

• src/theme/Root.module.css: This new file contains all styling for the toast.

• None. This change uses built-in React hooks and Docusaurus libraries (@docusaurus/Link, clsx).
