Welcome to the epimaps package!

This package provides a set of tools and wrappers useful for mapping infectious diseases.

Installing the package

To benefit from the latest features and bug fixes, install the development, github version of the package using:

devtools::install_github("reconhub/epimaps")

Note that this requires the package devtools installed.

What does it do?

The main features of the package include:

• spacetime: produce series of maps over time

• spatial_clusters: identify and plot spatial clusters from point locations
