storagecluster: allow any storageclass for storagequota

Allow user-defined custom storgaeclass names in Overprovision
definition, so users can define quota for future storageclasses, which
are not available during deployment time.

You can ignore this failure (ci/prow/red-hat-storage-ocs-ci-e2e-aws). there is a bug in the installation.
