Even though our releases and branches are using version 4.y.z, our go module is using v0. This causes issues when pulling code using versions 4.y.z. To fix that, we are moving our module version to v4, starting release v4.14.0. Signed-off-by: Umanga Chapagain <chapagainumanga@gmail.com>
