Run post-deploy acceptance tests against staging #4

When we deploy the product devfile registry to staging, we should be running a set of post-deploy acceptance tests, and use the result of these tests to gate promotions to production.

We can re-use the existing acceptance tests that we have set up for the community devfile registry. The example acceptance test job yaml can be found here: https://github.com/devfile/registry/blob/main/.ci/acceptance-tests/devfile-registry-acceptance.yaml
