feat: retrieve IDE maven user settings file and local repository.

Red Hat Dependency Analytics Version :1.1.0

I checked that it was due to using the wrong configuration file. May I ask if it is possible to optimize the Maven setting file with Idea

The problem I checked turned out to be caused by using the wrong configuration file（C:\Users[USERNAME].m2\settings.xml）. Could we optimize the Maven settings.xml setup in IntelliJ IDEA?

Hi @visioncy, it doesn't accept your customized settings file location in current implementation. The clean command is mvn clean -f pom.xml --batch-mode -q, it also executes a maven tree command for dependency analysis.

It should be able to take the value from User settings file if user provides a value and pass it to the maven commands. It's a good enhancement, contribution is most welcome.

Drafting implementation steps​：

1. get provided User settings file or even Local repository, like it did for maven wrapper https://github.com/redhat-developer/intellij-dependency-analytics/blob/main/src/main/java/org/jboss/tools/intellij/settings/MavenSettingsUtil.java#L27
2. set these values via system properties. e.g. EXHORT_MVN_SETTINGS_FILE and EXHORT_MVN_LOCAL_REPOSITORY. i.e. https://github.com/redhat-developer/intellij-dependency-analytics/blob/main/src/main/java/org/jboss/tools/intellij/exhort/ApiService.java#L138-L148
3. Use these retrieved values for maven clean and maven tree commands in JavaMavenProvider.java
