Not quite sure if https://github.com/openstack-packages/python-keystoneauth1 packaging is right, after installing it, openstackclient CLI does not backtrace with ImportError but errors out with the message:
The plugin osc_password could not be found

Underlying upstream issue was identified as https://bugs.launchpad.net/python-openstackclient/+bug/1496689
As a temp measure we're pinning os-client-config in #93
Please do not merge keystoneauth1 until further notice!

occ upstream issue is resolved (see pull 93)
so we should proceed with this one!
