This should track any changes that need to be made to ensure the following behavior

Added --find-free-cloud optional argument plus restriction on define
cloud.

Now we can search via --find-free-cloud for clouds with no future
assignments.
This is looking in mongo under the schedule document for entries
with cloud reference and start date larger than datetime.now.
