add more packages #2
Description
there are several projects that have unsatisfied build requirements (or failed for some other reason) in constant THESE_DONT_BUILD_YET in check.py. We should resolve these and add those projects.
there are also packages from the top list of packages in the last 365 days. It would be cool also to add those. The top 100 packages at the time this ticket was filed is stored in watched_packages.txt. (done in 199b340)
