State of the project [help needed]

I (@rhaamo) doesn't have time anymore to work a lot/properly on reel2bits.

Numerous call for help have been made without success, having to do everything (code, tests, documentation, federation testings,... ) and hopping this would get interest drained my motivation and health.

The project is, for now, on hold until contributors can be found.

Everything has an end and it is for reel2bits.

First a big thanks for the few key contributors for the project that I had pleasure to work with.

I was unable to get any help, anything that came from fossbros was saying every time that the "project is dead" and other shit, they also do loves to promotes that "we should put ActivityPub everywhere!!!", but real contributions to help ? hell no, they don't give a single shit. they just want to use and whine.

after two years without updates there is too many technical debt anyway. the ActivityPub library we used is dead, so that would have to be hugely updated... lots of AP stuff is missing or broken, and Vue2 is now deprecated, so the whole frontend would have to be rewritten from scratch.

the repository will be archived in the few days, and the website will reflect the project state. the demo will also be shutdown.
