This aim of this page is a place to store information about samples that we measured frequently, for example to calibrate or check the calibration of a beamline. We are looking for people to volunteer the following:
- A description of the sample
- Information about why you measure this sample
- An example of the data you get from this sample
Once you add your sample, please include yourself in the authors of this page.
- Ni(120 Angstrom)/Ti(80 Angstrom) multilayer, 25 repeats. Its Bragg peaks are used to perform wavelength and sample-detector distance calibrations.
