Suggestion - add command-line option to only run sanity/performance checks

At the moment it's a bit painful to find e.g. output format has changed so a regex doesn't match then have to wait ~20mins to rerun CP2k just to recheck. So option(s) like --sanity or --perf would be useful, probably overriding (or used with?) --run.
