Allow boolean environment variables to accept integer values #2269
Description
Trying to list a parameterized test with RFM_COMPACT_TEST_NAMES=1 will not yield the compact naming scheme, whereas it will do with RFM_COMPACT_TEST_NAMES=y. This is the correct behaviour according to the documentation, but it would be nice to allow integer values, too.
