Docs erroneously state that job's nodelist retrieval is not supported for the PBS backend

See [here](https://reframe-hpc.readthedocs.io/en/stable/regression_test_api.html#reframe.core.schedulers.Job.nodelist). Support for this was added recently and we should update the docs.
