virulign: : fast codon-correct alignment for virus pathogens

Requirements
------------
* We use CMake (cmake.org) for the build process, and tested this on GNU/Linux, MacOS and Windows (Visual Studio C++ Express).
* C++ environment.

Build instructions
------------------
Create a temporary build directory (for example within the project root).
To install virulign to the operating system's default location, use:
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake ../ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release 
$ make

To install virulign to a custom location, use the CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX variable:
$ mkdir build
$ cd build
$ cmake ../ -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/soft/virulign/
$ make

To install
----------
$ make install
