Re-building should take ~20 minutes on a server with good bandwidth. After building a custom image, you should stop the old running containers::

1. you can start a local platform with ``tutor local start``
2. restart the services that use the ``openedx`` image with ``tutor local restart openedx``
tutor local stop openedx

The custom image will be used the next time you run ``tutor local quickstart`` or ``tutor local start``. Do not attempt to run ``tutor local restart``! Restarting will not pick up the new image and will continue to use the old image.
